These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and dota88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services available at dota88.casa ("the Website"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all products, services, features, content, and functionality offered through the Website.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the dota88 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Website and close your account.

To register and maintain an Account on dota88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your Account remains active:

• You are a natural person of at least 21 years of age. No exceptions to this age requirement will be made under any circumstances.
• You are registering and accessing the Platform solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, consultant, agent, contractor, or family member of any of the foregoing, of dota88 or any affiliated entity, in any jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform through a self-exclusion request or administrative suspension for a reason that has not been formally resolved.
• You acknowledge that online gambling may be regulated or restricted in your jurisdiction, and that it is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of your participation before registering.
• You are accessing the Platform using funds that are entirely your own and that derive from lawful sources. Funds obtained through illegal means, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity are strictly prohibited.
• You have not been diagnosed with a gambling addiction or disorder, and you are not currently enrolled in any self-exclusion programme with any gambling operator, regulatory authority, or support organisation.

dota88 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending review.

Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered Account on the dota88 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile phone number. It is your ongoing obligation to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify dota88 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. dota88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential security. Any activity conducted through your Account is presumed to have been authorised by you.

Upon registration, dota88 may conduct initial verification checks to confirm the validity of the information provided. Full KYC verification, involving submission of government-issued identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or Passport) and proof of address, is required prior to the processing of withdrawals and may be required at any other time at dota88's discretion.

dota88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), direct bank transfer through Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, and selected cryptocurrency channels including USDT and BTC.

All deposits are credited to your Account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless a specific promotion specifies a different threshold. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated through the Platform's deposit interface.

You confirm that all funds deposited to your dota88 Account are derived from lawful sources and are legitimately yours. dota88 implements transaction monitoring in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) standards and reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit.

dota88 does not charge processing fees on deposits made via standard Malaysian payment channels. However, your financial institution or payment service provider may apply its own charges, for which dota88 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals from your dota88 Account are subject to the following conditions being met in full at the time of the withdrawal request:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified with valid, current documentation on file.
• All applicable wagering requirements associated with any active bonus funds must have been completed.
• Your Account must be in good standing with no active investigations, disputes, or administrative holds.
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed any applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits applicable to your account tier.
• The payment method selected for withdrawal must match the payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, unless specifically exempted by dota88's compliance team.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for e-wallet and bank transfer methods. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong via DuitNow or FPX) may take up to 3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

dota88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger AML or fraud detection thresholds. In such cases, the processing period may be extended and additional documentation may be requested. You will be notified of any such hold via email or live chat.

dota88 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between the general terms in this Agreement and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the promotional terms:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be specified in the promotional terms (e.g., X10, X15, X20).
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While wagering bonus funds, a maximum bet cap applies — typically between RM25 and RM50 per round or event. Bets placed above this cap during an active bonus may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated in the applicable bonus terms.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unmet bonus conditions expire within the period specified in the relevant promotional terms (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days). Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, arbitrage, or otherwise abuse promotional offers — including through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any form of collusion — will result in the immediate voiding of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account suspension.

You agree to use the dota88 Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in strict accordance with these Terms. You accept responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform is permitted under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

You agree to treat dota88 staff, support agents, and other players with respect at all times. Any form of harassment, abusive language, threatening behaviour, or deliberate disruption directed at Platform staff or other users is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

You acknowledge that all game outcomes on the dota88 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generators or by real-world sporting events and that you have no grounds to dispute outcomes that are consistent with the verified operation of such systems or the actual results of the relevant events.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dota88 Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with dota88.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access by any individual under the age of 21.
• Depositing or wagering funds obtained through illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, money laundering, or proceeds of crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage, whether intentionally or otherwise.
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of algorithmic wagering that is not explicitly authorised by dota88.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to artificially influence game or bet outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or betting on events in which the Player has any influence over the outcome.
• Conducting any commercial activity through the Platform, including reselling access, acting as an agent for other bettors, or operating a credit-betting service.
• Attempting to launder money or circumvent AML monitoring through structuring of deposits or withdrawals.

All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, trade names, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property on the dota88 Platform ("IP") are the exclusive property of dota88 or its content partners and licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as contemplated by these Terms. This licence does not extend to any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any IP without the prior written consent of dota88.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to dota88 regarding the Platform may be used by dota88 freely and without obligation to you. You assign to dota88 all rights in any such submissions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dota88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from any cause whatsoever.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any feature thereof due to technical issues, maintenance, force majeure, or regulatory direction.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment service providers, including e-wallets, banks, or cryptocurrency networks.
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where dota88 acted in good faith in processing transactions with a party in possession of your credentials.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, dota88's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any one claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dota88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player's Account at any time, without prior notice, where dota88 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account has been used for any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent stage;
• The Account is subject to a legal hold, court order, or regulatory investigation;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players;
• The Player is determined to be under the age of 21.

Upon account termination for cause, dota88 may withhold the Account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any withheld real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

Players wishing to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting 24/7 live support. Voluntary account closure does not affect the Player's obligations under these Terms with respect to transactions completed prior to closure.

dota88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and mitigating gambling-related harm. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players and may be activated through the account settings panel or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits take effect immediately for reductions and require a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to prompt regular breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to temporarily or permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the elected period.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen notifications during play sessions reminding Players of their cumulative session duration and net wagering activity.

Personal data collected includes information provided during registration and KYC verification, transaction records, gameplay data, communication records, and technical data associated with your device and session activity. This data is used to operate and improve the Platform, verify identity, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and — where applicable and consented to — communicate promotional material.

dota88 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, fraud prevention services, identity verification agencies) strictly as necessary for Platform operation. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted, construed, and enforced in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the terms of the Platform's operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and dota88 regarding a transaction, game outcome, bonus, or any other matter, the Player must first submit a formal complaint to the dota88 customer support team in writing, providing full details of the dispute and any relevant supporting documentation. dota88 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 7 business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the matter may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body designated by dota88's operating licence authority. The decision of such a body shall be final and binding on both parties.

dota88 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where a proposed amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a Player, dota88 will provide reasonable notice of the change — typically no less than 7 days prior to the amended terms taking effect — via a notice posted on the Platform or communicated to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 12 of this Agreement.
